MasterBrand adopts software to manage field operations

StayinFront has been selected by MasterBrand Cabinets, one of the largest cabinet manufacturers in North America, to provide an integrated field force automation and analytics platform.

MasterBrand will adopt and transition its field operations to the fully-featured, mobile SaaS solution, StayinFront TouchCG. The company will initially deploy TouchCG to its North American Home Depot sales team on Android and iOS mobile devices.

StayinFront’s out-of-the-box asset management functionality proved to be a critical factor in the evaluation and selection process. Using StayinFront, MasterBrand will be able to manage all of its assets and displays at U.S. based Home Depot stores, track the status of installs and send out requests for repair and removal of assets. In addition, StayinFront’s streamlined, easy-to-use communication and account management tools provide field reps with a single source for capturing, accessing and sharing store data, contact information and field intelligence.

“StayinFront TouchCG provides us with greater visibility into what’s happening in the stores so we can track and manage our considerable in-field assets more effectively,” said Greg Costello, VP of field sales-Home Depot at MasterBrand. “We’ll be able to validate that the right displays are installed, sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand and that our field reps are providing store consultants with the most current promotion and product information.”
